IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT EDDM

USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) DOES NOT include individual piece tracking. Because EDDM relies on saturation delivery rather than individual piece barcodes, you cannot track exactly when mailers hit individual mailboxes, though you can use indirect tracking methods.

DELIVERY STATUS AND TRACKING
- Acceptance Scan: You can see when your mailing bundle is received and processed by the USPS facility, which gives you an idea of when it may enter the mail stream

- Priority Mail Drop Tracking: We use the "Open and Distribute" method (where EDDM bundles are placed in a Priority Mail container for shipment to a remote post office), so that we can track that overarching Priority label up to its delivery point

- In-Home Window: Generally, expect delivery to take roughly 7 to 14 days after USPS receives the drop
