REFUND AND REPRINT POLICY
Refund Policy:Β Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered on printed products that are fulfilled with an approved design. If you have approved your design and the approved proof was sent to print, we cannot refund the order.
We cannot accept returns on ANY sale items or gift cards.
Unfulfilled print orders can be refunded less 6% for processing fees. Refund requests must be made via email to Support@DOPEMarketing.comΒ or via phone atΒ (651)309-8577
Reprint Policy:Β All print products are custom-made. Any concerns or issues with your order must be reported withinΒ 14 days (2 weeks)Β of delivery. To request a review, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of affected materials when applicable toΒ Support@DOPEMarketing.com.
Reprints are issued only in cases of verified production or shipping errors. Customer approval of proofs prior to printing confirms the accuracy of all design elements, including spelling, colors, and layout.Β Errors approved in the proof are not eligible for reprint.
Print & Production Variations:Β Due to differences in equipment, materials, inks, and production runs, minor variations in color, finish, size, texture, or material characteristics may occur. These variations are normal within the printing industry and are not considered defects.
Repeat orders may not match previous orders exactly.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that such variations are inherent to the print production process and do not constitute grounds for replacement, refund, or credit unless a confirmed manufacturing or structural defect is present.
Magnets should be removed weekly, cleaned on both sides, and reapplied to a flat, clean, steel/ferrous metal surface. Use on aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, textured, curved, waxed, or damaged surfaces may reduce or eliminate adhesion.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that DOPE Printing is not responsible for lost, shifted, or detached magnets due to improper application, vehicle incompatibility, or environmental exposure. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for magnets lost or failed due to these conditions.
